All our employees are on wages, not subcontractors, which means ALLINSPECT Inspectors do a much more thorough inspection as they focus on the inspection rather than finishing as quickly as possible to get to their next job like subcontractors because they are paid per job. If the inspection takes 2 hours or 4 hours, they get paid the same, unlike subcontractors, who are paid per job.

We hold a QBCC license number 15012225 with Open Builders Licence, Builder Low Rise, Builders Inspectors Licence, and Pest License. We also have Workplace Health & Safety Cert IV, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Certificate III in Pest Management CPP30911, Certificate in PRMPM08B, PRMPM10B Timber Pest, and Diploma in Asbestos. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 4 pm and then Friday 7 am to 3 pm. The phone is closed after hours, and Saturday/Sunday, we are closed too, but you can still reach us by email or leaving a message, and we will endeavor to respond.
