Very easy to book in and great communication from Jennifer. Excellent inspector on site. Really knew his stuff and walked me through all his findings, great chat as well. Would recommend for sure. Report was back in 4 hours from time of inspection which was brilliant.

Jenny and David from ALLINSPECT have been amazing throughout the building journey. This was our 1st build, and we had no knowledge of construction in general. Everything was explained especially when Inspection reports come in throughout the stages. Jenny took her time to answer all my crazy questions and gave me advice and guidance which helped reduce the stress involved in building. We were with another company for first 3 stages of inspections but find it lackluster and not detailed.
Came across ALLINSPECT and decided to give it a go. Communication is a breeze. Our inspector: David has been so resourceful and meticulous during enclosure inspection and PCI. He has addressed all of our concerns, guiding us through what to look out for. The reports are also detailed.

This is a very candid honest reference. As the principal of GMDesigns Consulting Engineers I understand design well and with our new house built by Metricon at Broadbeach QLD I used ALLINSPECT. AllInspect are really good, their reports are really thorough and they will explain to you what it means if you have questions. The report includes pictures that show the defective areas and they spray these areas to highlight for the builder.
Their turn around is really good, within a few days the inspection would be done and the report in your email.
Would highly recommend them for your build, the builder is also fine with the reports, they prefer if they catch issues early on. The trades sometimes take shortcuts as some jobs are complex or lengthy and requires a lot of attention to detail for a long period of time.. so very easily for things to be missed

Casey was professional and had high attention to detail – he picked up on so many items that I wouldn’t have known to look for myself. I was looking for a building and pest inspector in a short time frame. Googled many companies but was very impressed with the 5-star google reviews of Allinspect. What impressed me the most was the detailed example reports that you can peruse on their website. Rang Jennifer was very helpful and prompt with her booking email. On the day, David arrived early and was very professional throughout the whole inspection. I really appreciated him taking me around the house to see exactly what needed attention. He was happy to answer any questions that I had on the day. When the reports came through they were both very detailed. I then rang Jennifer to ask assistance for some contacts to assist me with my future quotes. Fabulous service from both David and Jennifer and they definitely get 5 stars from me and come highly recommended.
